The Protex SDB-100 is a heavy-duty, compact drop box constructed from 1/8" welded steel. It is specifically engineered to provide a secure depository for daily transactions, tips, or keys without requiring the safe to be opened for every deposit. Its durable powder-coated finish and wall-mountable design make it an ideal security solution for retail stores, property management offices, and restaurants.
Features:
- Anti-Fishing Protection:ย Features a saw-toothed baffle inside the drop slot (measuring approximately 3-3/4" W x 7/16" H) to prevent unauthorized "fishing" or removal of contents once they have been deposited.
- High-Security Locking Mechanism:ย Equipped with a tubular-style key lock with a double "D" configuration, providing superior pick resistance compared to standard wafer locks.
- Reinforced Door Security:ย The door is secured by a 1/2" solid steel hinge/dead bar, which prevents the door from being easily pried off or removed even if the external hinges are attacked.
