Antique Cradle Toy Chest

Condition: used

Features:

• metal plate on the lid stamped “Berceau de l’arrière grand’mere Charlebois 1857 Pointe-Claire, Que.” translated to “Birthplace of great-grandmother Charlebois 1857 Pointe-Claire Quebec” 
• solid wood, hinged lid to utilize as a toy chest. Clearly added years after cradle was made, but matches the rest of the cradle well. Does not hold itself up, will rest against wall or whatever is behind the chest. 
• bottoms of rockers have been planed down to stop it from rocking, allowing it to be used as a chest.
