This convection oven from DCI (model # JL-9101R) is designed to fit on a countertop, being very convenient to cook your dishes.ย A convection oven is an oven that uses a fan to circulate hot air around the food, allowing for more even cooking and often reducing cooking time and temperature compared to conventional ovens. This design helps to eliminate hot and cold spots, making it ideal for baking and roasting. The convection oven comes with a carry handle with a safety switch, a timer, a lid, a thermostat, a high rack, and baking tray (but it is MISSING), a lower rack, and the glass bowl. Comes with a manual containing detailed use and maintenance information, as well as recipes.
