Orders

How do I track my order?

Tracking your order is easy. You will receive an email at every stage of the order fulfillment. Once your order is ready for pickup, come with the confirmation email to pick up your order.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email or call us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders are processed quickly to ensure prompt delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer a variety of convenient payment methods to make your shopping experience seamless. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards.

Pickup

Can I change my pick up date and/or time?

Contact us at restoreonline@habitatgo.com if you need to reschedule. We will hold items purchased online for a maximum of 14 days once they are ready for pickup.

Do you transfer an item from one location to another?

Yes, we offer transfers between Stittsville and Trainyards locations. Simply select your preferred pickup location at checkout.

What if I'm unable to pick up my order within 14 days?

The order will be refunded. Extensions may be granted in genuine cases if the customer communicates their situation in advance.

Delivery

Do you offer delivery?

ReStore does not provide delivery services. However, you can view a list of local delivery options recommended by other ReStore customers here. Please note that ReStore is not affiliated with, nor does it have any agreements with, these or any other delivery providers.

Returns

What is your return and refund policy?

Please inspect your order at pick up and notify staff on-site if items are missing or do not meet your expectations. You can return electrical appliances within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

Gift Cards

How can I redeem my gift card?

Redeeming a gift card is a straightforward process. During the checkout process, there will be an option to enter your gift card code. Simply input the unique code found on your gift card, and the corresponding value will be applied to your total purchase.

Do gift cards have an expiration date?

Our gift cards typically do not have an expiration date. We want recipients to have the flexibility to use their gift cards at their convenience.

Can I buy gift cards online?

Yes, you can buy them online.

Cancellation

Why was my order cancelled?

Due to the unique nature of our products and shared in-store and online inventory, an item you order may occasionally be out of stock. If this happens, you will be notified by email and receive a refund for the unavailable item.
