Product Overview:

This PTC zone heater and Air Purifier from Classic (model  yd-907s) combines both functions in a small appliance. It uses PTC (positive temperature coefficient) heating technology for efficient, self regulating heating. This means that more electrical current means more heat, but an included resistor increases resistance as heat rises, limiting current, thus reducing heat, thus decreasing resistance, and letting in more current, so it self-stabilizes towards the optimal, non-dangerous temperature. This appliance is also an air filter, using a filter to purify air as it goes through the appliance for heating.
